Residence Casa Silvana is situated in Tignale, a small village overlooking Garda Lake away from the tourist crowds and can be easily reached via an 8 km panoramic quay from the lake. It’s the ideal place for people who would like to have a relaxing holiday in direct contact with nature.
Our apartments are situated in a very peaceful and sunny position, with a wonderful view on Garda Lake, on Monte Baldo and on our private park populated by a deer family.        

In 1972 our grandparents from farmers and breeders turned into entrepreneurs building one of the first accomodation facilities in Tignale.
Since then, management has passed from generation to generation, bringing continous improvements and innovations, but mantaining traditional values: hospitality, bond with the territory, contact with nature, authenticity and passion for this job.

Today, you can choose among functional apartments with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms and terraces or balconies with lake view. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette for self-catering and every day we offer fresh bread rolls and croissants right on the doorstep.    
From May to September our Bar Silvana is open: enjoy delicious snacks, coffees, drinks, refreshing cocktails and having aperitifs with friends!

Whether you want to relax or have fun, our services bring together young and old.

• a refreshing dive in our swimming pool;
• a break at our Bar Silvana;
• a play in our outdoor children-area (table football, table tennis, slide, swing, trampoline ...);
• a grill and a barbecue in our green area;
